MEET HOPE
Hope is a creative writer and haikuist whose work is rooted in the themes of Black brilliance, power, and resilience alongside the broader concepts of truth, peace, and perception. An idealist at heart, Hope’s haikus carry with them an empowering aura of optimism inspiring audiences to celebrate their journeys and choose joy as the master of their destinies.
In 2018, she founded Hope Writes, a niche creative writing company for nonprofits and conscious companies. In 2019, she expanded services to include a pro-bono public relations initiative, Idealist PR. Alongside her twin sister, Hope is also the co-owner of the grassroots retail brand, MoaZen Jewelry. Through it, the duo encourage brand supporters to lead more mindful and intentional lives. A believer in communal responsibility, Hope volunteers with A Better World, a nonprofit working to improve the literacy skills of children on Charlotte's West Side.
